Tastingfestival | Totenhopfen Brauhaus

Going from home to commercial brewing in 2017, Totenhopfen are set to shake up the burgeoning brewing scene in Luxembourg. Nearly 5 months after the launch, Totenhopfen was already present in several European countries including Luxembourg, Austria, Portugal, Germany and Hungary. With the goal of having its own Brewpub, Totenhopfen is for the moment a “gipsy” brewery, brewing across Europe, contributing to the European project of connecting people. In its portfolio there are 10 beers, 4 are collab brews. We at Totenhopfen believe Craft Beer stands for quality of life. It’s about having fun, getting to know people, sharing, socializing, tasting and constantly being challenged and surprised.

DE SELECTIE VAN TOTENHOPFEN BRAUHAUS

– Bloody Vlad is our new Juicy Red India Pale Ale and it’s bloody good! It’s brewed with a bunch of hops (chinook, citra, mosaic and hallertau blanc), fruits (raspberry, wild berries, black berries) and hibiscus tea to give a final touch to this 6.66% ABV juicy beer.
– Extra Brut IPA it‘s a moderate bitter beer with a great aroma from the Godiva & Perle Hops and Champagne Yeast. This 6.2%ABV craft beer is our collab with Post Scriptum from Portugal.
– Mahut is an easy drinking Red Ale brewed with East Kent Goldings and Progress. Nice head, malty, bitter with a dry roastie end.
– Gravitational Collapse is a Dry-Hopped American Stout brewed in collab with Barona Brewing. It has a 5.8% ABV with a black colour and beige head that collapses in aroma and flavours of coffee, biscuit, dark chocolate and light citrus, reminding mandarin. With it’s medium gravitational mass and bitter finish, this black hole draws you into the next sip.
[We will be brewing a new beer in February as well, we hope to be able to bring it with us as well]

WAAROM DEZE SELECTIE?

We tried to balance the styles by offering from juicy to dry, from red to dark.

ONTDEK OP MEUG!

Hard to choose. We would suggest trying our Bloody Vlad as it’s one of our new beers.
